What are the shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product and can be delivered the next day or maximum in 10 business days from the time of placing the order and payment realization. The estimated delivery can be checked on the product detail page.
Custom order: For a custom rug, the delivery timeline depends on the making time. The making time depends on the number of knots per inch, and size of the rug. To calculate, we can assume that it takes 1 week per 2 inches of a rug for a 156 knot rug.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?
Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:
1. Email order confirmation
2. Text message order confirmation.
3. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped.

Is shipped Is there any hidden cost?
For all Indian orders : RETAIL PRICE AT CHECKOUT are final and with all tax included For International orders : There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at retail@obeetee.com.

Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 72300 38884 or email us at - retail@obeetee.com. Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account in 7 -10 working days through the original mode of payment. This May vary on payment source / bank to bank. Sometimes banks may take up-to 14 days in case of any issue).

Returns

Damaged Product
Carpets are carefully inspected prior to shipment, and we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt. For items received via Courier, your signature is required at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, please contact our Customer Care team at 9711792242 or retail@obeetee.com within 48 hours of receiving the articles.

The products will be eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault.

The Easy Returns Process-
• Return request must be raised within 15 days, after receipt
• Call us on +91 9711792242 or email at retail@obeetee.com
• We will get the item picked up on your behalf from your place at a mutually decided time.
• On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 48 hours

Terms & Conditions
• Return the item within 15 days of the receipt.
• Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
• Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
• A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
• Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
• We will initiate the refund or replacement once the item passes through quality inspection.
• In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the rug at retail@obeetee.com . We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items
• India: “15 Days Hassle Free Return” is valid for purchase within India only (Not applicable for custom rug). India : Free Shipping in India
• International: freight charges will be worldwide. There are extra duties and local taxes applicable, depending on the custom laws of respective countries. You have to pay it to our shipping partner at the time of delivery. For more information, kindly get in touch with us at retail@obeetee.com
